What people say about the ChargeUp training:
“I would highly recommend ChargeUp to anyone working with young people, the course is simply amazing. Over the weekend I have learnt so many new things and I cannot wait to deliver sessions and help our young people in so many ways. ChargeUp should be available for every young person to access and to be given the opportunity to learn all about themselves, how they can self regulate and deal with life.” – Sue
“ChargeUp is brilliant fun, amazing resources, the amount of support we’re getting and the things we have to work with is great. I really feel like it’s the last puzzle piece fitting in to what I’ve been working with. It’s exciting stuff.” – Cat
“The training has absolutely blown me away. I have always known there could be a little bit more we can do to impact our teenagers and young people- this is just per- fect! I can see straight away there are so many things we have learnt over the week- end we can use in everyday life.” – Debra
“I’m so excited and I can’t wait to get started. I’m going to be going into local col- leges and local high schools and youth groups to take ChargeUp to them and help young people understand more about themselves, to appreciate themselves and build their confidence. I just can’t wait for them to do this and see what we have to offer. Because it’s the best thing I’ve ever heard of in my life!” – Adelle

“ChargeUp is an amazing programme designed for young people to support development of their emotional intelligence and to use it as an early intervention. This programme is from a place of prevention is better than cure, by giving them the skills that can support them in all areas of their lives – whether they need them now or will need them at some point in the future.” – Joanne
“It was exciting for me to complete the ChargeUp training, the final piece in the jigsaw of a young persons life journey with the Relax Kids franchise. ChargeUp takes the already unique Relax Kids seven step system and gives it a reboot! New resources and many creative ideas are weaved into this comprehensive program.
I believe this can help our young people transform themselves into a happier state of being, using the many techniques and exploratory activities. If you are hesitating on a decision to do this training, my advice would be just do it!” – Gillian
