confidence bootcamp
The class will be focusing on a different area each week: our resilience, our self-image, our goals etc. Being confident means believing in yourself, being comfortable with who you are.
The class will run through the Seven Steps of Relax Kids for 45 minutes to 1 hour. It will be an interactive session so children may be asked questions, as well as doing the elements of each step.

about the coach – katy

Katy has been a Relax Kids coach since 2016 after her youngest son struggled to regulate his emotions.
She runs classes for children and families and runs sessions in schools and loves helping children feel happier, more positive and believe in themselves.
With a background in acting, performance and disability support work, Katy co-starred in the Relax Kids Monster Show which was performed in schools in South London.
