Mindful Kids
At Mindful Kids provides children with useful and practical tools to help them navigate life’s demands and discover the peace and calm within themselves. Started by former Montessori Teacher Ciaran Ivanovic in 2017, Mindful Kids uses the N.A.P. strategy
(Notice – Accept – Plan), children will learn to pause and notice how they are feeling, accept and understand why they are experiencing those feelings, and make a positive plan of action using the tools they have learnt. This course will teach you how to introduce nature-based mindfulness to children aged 3-11 years, in creative, fun and age-appropriate ways.

Youth Mindfulness
Founded by Michael Bready in 2011, Youth Mindfulness makes mindfulness fun.
It consists of 16 one-hour lessons, jam-packed with games, videos and activities that make mindfulness interesting and inspiring for 7-11 year olds. You will receive a 385 page hard copy manual, live zooms, on demand videos and PowerPoints as well as practice pods with other members. To join the training you need to have an established regular personal mindfulness practice and have completed some form of introductory mindfulness training like an introductory course.
Connected Kids
Founded by Lorraine E Murray with over 30 years experience of meditation, Connected Kids is a child-centered approach to teaching meditation to help young people of all ages and abilities – including those with autism, SEN, ADHD, and trauma. Connected Kids is award-winning and accredited and aims to help you become a confident meditation teacher that will help young people reduce anxiety and feel happier.
Mindfulness in Schools
Providing evidence-based mindfulness for educators since 2009,Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) is a charity and global community of mindfulness educators that aims is to equip today’s young people with skills and techniques that will support their lifelong wellbeing. There are a wide variety of courses including Paws b which is for those who wish to teach mindfulness to 7-11 year olds.
