The full moon is often linked to heightened emotions and altered sleep patterns. Children often struggle with sleep and emotions can be heightened.
Despite the negative affects on our sleep and emotional sensitivities, the full moon does give us an opportunity for introspection and self-care.
You can ponder the questions, or even journal or create some art around them. Some people have a moon journal and use the questions to help them focus on their goals and dreams.
The Full Moon in Virgo on March 14th is extra special as it’s accompanied by a Lunar Eclipse. Virgo is the sign of meticulousness, service, and health.
