Our specially designed classes allow a wonderful space for you and your baby to connect and enjoy being with each other. It is a place where you can really relax and give your nervous systems an opportunity to relax too.

You can also spend quality time with your baby in a calming and supportive atmosphere that can help you relax, unwind, and feel more confident and grounded.

Baby Mindful classes are different to many other baby activity classes, in that our classes have a slow and simple pace, giving you the chance to “be” with your baby” rather than “do”

We will take you through our Baby Mindful unique award-winning, 7 step approach that includes movement, play, gentle stretching, gentle baby touch, breathing exercises for parents, affirmations and visualisations / relaxation.

As you and your baby begin your new relationship together, our Baby Mindful classes offer the unique op- portunity to engage in a range of activities designed to strengthen this new bond and gently stimulate and calm your baby, whilst supporting their natural development.

Our classes are suitable for babies aged birth-6 months, 6 months to 12 months and 12 months to 18 months and is based around a well-known nursery rhyme.

Baby Mindful was a lovely class to focus on quality baby/mum time. It was good to learn calming breathing techniques which have been particularly useful at bedtime. It’s nice to have a class that focuses on Mum – Diane

Baby Mindful classes to allow you to take time out to just focus on you and your baby which helps you to put the crappy day you had yesterday behind you and feel more optimistic about the day ahead, even if you and your baby are going through a challenging phase!

The exercises help you to become more in tune with your mind and body which helps you to become more in tune with your baby and just take each moment as it comes
